KZ ZVX Pro: metal single dynamic driver in-ear monitors

The KZ ZVX Pro are wired in-ear monitors with a single internal-magnet dynamic driver, an all-metal shell and a detachable flat 2-pin cable. Available in black, with or without a microphone.

Each earpiece houses a single internal-magnet dynamic driver. KZ tunes it to a curve designed for a range of music genres, with good transient response.

With an impedance of 18 Ω (±3) and a sensitivity of 105 dB (±3), they run straight from a phone, laptop or music player, with no amplifier needed.

Design

Design and fit

The shell is high-density alloy with a mirror-polished finish.

Three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M and L) are included to get the right seal for each ear.

Connection

Detachable flat cable and microphone version

The cable is flat oxygen-free copper with a TPE jacket and measures 120 cm (±5 cm).

It attaches to each earpiece with a standard gold-plated 0.75 mm 2-pin connector, so it can be replaced if damaged or swapped for another cable. The same connector lets you go wireless with a KZ Bluetooth adapter that is compatible.

The microphone version adds an in-line remote to play or pause, skip tracks and take calls.

Do the KZ ZVX Pro have noise cancellation?

They have no active noise cancellation. They are in-ear earphones with silicone ear tips, which passively block outside noise by sealing the ear canal.
