Sound
Sound: 10 mm dual-magnet dynamic driver
Each earpiece houses a 10 mm dynamic driver with a dual magnetic circuit, an updated version of the one used in the EDX Pro.
With an impedance of 26 Ω and a sensitivity of 112 dB (±1), they run straight from a phone, laptop or music player, with no amplifier needed.
Design
Design and fit
The shell combines resin with an inlaid metal faceplate. KZ has revised the curvature of the shell and the angle of the nozzle to improve the fit in the ear.
Three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M and L) are included; the M size comes fitted.
Connection
Detachable silver-plated 2-pin cable
The cable is high-purity silver-plated wire and measures 120 cm (±5 cm). It attaches to each earpiece with a standard gold-plated 0.75 mm 2-pin connector, so it can be replaced if damaged or swapped for another cable. The same connector lets you go wireless with a KZ Bluetooth adapter that is compatible.
The microphone version has it built into the cable.
