KZ Sora: Bluetooth 5.4 wireless earbuds

The KZ Sora are Bluetooth 5.4 true wireless earbuds with a dynamic driver, digital signal processing (DSP) and a low-latency mode. They offer about 5 hours of music per charge and about 25 hours with the case.

Sound

Sound: dynamic driver with DSP

Each earbud houses a wideband dynamic driver with an N52 neodymium magnet. A DSP module processes the signal to shape the response.

Connection

Bluetooth 5.4 connection

The connection is Bluetooth 5.4, with AAC and SBC codecs and a range of about 15 meters.

High-performance mode cuts latency to about 55 ms, compared with the 100–200 ms typical of Bluetooth earbuds.

The shell is translucent, with ice-blue lights.

Battery and charging

Each earbud has a 40 mAh battery and the case holds 300 mAh. Battery life is about 5 hours per charge and about 25 hours including the four recharges from the case. It charges via USB-C.
