KZ DQS: single dynamic driver in-ear monitors with semi-open design
The KZ DQS are wired in-ear monitors with a single dynamic driver, a resin shell, a semi-open metal faceplate and a detachable flat 2-pin cable. Available in black, with or without a microphone.

Sound
Sound: dynamic driver
Each earpiece houses a single dynamic driver with a diaphragm of about 5 microns, a four-layer copper and aluminum voice coil and a magnetic gap of about 0.15 mm. KZ gives it a balanced tuning, with a smooth transition between bass, mids and treble.
With an impedance of 14 Ω (±3) and a sensitivity of 110 dB (±3), they run straight from a phone, laptop or music player, with no amplifier needed.

The shell is hypoallergenic resin and the faceplate has a metal cover with a semi-open design.

They are worn with the cable routed behind the ear. Three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M and L) are included to get the right seal for each ear.
Connection
Detachable flat 2-pin cable
The cable is flat high-purity oxygen-free copper and measures about 120 cm.
It attaches to each earpiece with a standard 0.75 mm 2-pin connector, so it can be replaced if damaged or swapped for another cable. The same connector lets you go wireless with a KZ Bluetooth adapter that is compatible.
Versions
Microphone version
The microphone version adds an in-line remote to play or pause, skip tracks and take calls.
The version without a microphone is identical in sound and build.

KZ DQS frequently asked questions
Do the KZ DQS have noise cancellation?
They have no active noise cancellation. They are in-ear earphones with silicone ear tips, which passively block outside noise by sealing the ear canal.
Do they work with phones that have no headphone jack?
Yes, with a USB-C or Lightning to 3.5 mm jack adapter, or with a 0.75 mm 2-pin Bluetooth adapter.
Can the cable be replaced?
Yes. The cable is detachable and uses a standard 0.75 mm 2-pin connector.
What warranty do they come with?
3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, handled from Spain.
