KZ GALE: gaming earphones with Hi-Fi sound

The KZ GALE are gaming in-ear earphones with a super-linear dynamic driver patented by KZ. They have a detachable 2-pin cable and come without microphone, with dual microphone and 3.5 mm jack, or with dual microphone and USB-C plug with sound card.

  • 1super-linear dynamic driver per earpiece
  • 24 Ωimpedance
  • 107 dBsensitivity
  • 3versions: no mic, 3.5 mm mic and USB-C

Sound

Sound to locate every footstep

The super-linear driver covers 10 Hz to 20 kHz, with 24 Ω impedance and 107 dB/mW sensitivity. KZ boosts the bass response to give more impact to explosions and gunshots without masking footsteps or ambient sounds.

Versions

USB-C version with four sound modes

The USB-C version has a DSP sound card with a switch to choose between four modes:

  • Balanced music: bass, mids and treble in balance.
  • Bass boost: punchier bass.
  • Standard gaming: crisp gunshots and good positioning.
  • Immersive gaming: enhances gunshots, footsteps and ambience.

Connection

Dual microphone for voice chat

The microphone versions use two 6 mm omnidirectional condenser microphones, one at the front and one at the back, with a sensitivity of about -26 dB. They pick up the voice clearly without having to bring the microphone to your mouth.

Fit

Fit and detachable cable

They are worn with the cable over the ear, so they stay put during long sessions, and include three sets of silicone ear tips.

The cable connects with a gold-plated 0.75 mm 2-pin connector and is 120 cm long (±5 cm). With a KZ Bluetooth adapter they can be used without a cable.

KZ GALE frequently asked questions

Which KZ GALE version should I choose for gaming?

What is the advantage of the USB-C version?

It plugs straight into the USB-C port of phones, tablets and computers, with no adapter. The 3.5 mm jack versions need an adapter on phones without a headphone jack.
