Sound
Sound: Flux3 planar and 8 mm dynamic driver
According to KZ, the long-excursion Flux3 planar driver responds faster than a traditional dynamic driver, while the 8 mm dynamic driver delivers the bass. Together they offer deep bass, clear mids and good spatial separation, useful for music and for locating sounds in games.
The frequency response goes from 10 Hz to 20 kHz, with 103 dB sensitivity.
Versions
Standard version or version with switches
The standard version (24 Ω) has no switches: it comes tuned to the HM curve, with nothing to adjust. The Tuning version (22–28 Ω) adds an electronic filter with four switches per earpiece:
- Switch 1: raises the bass by 1 dB.
- Switches 1 and 2: raise the bass by 2 dB.
- Switch 3: raises the mids and treble by one level.
- Switches 3 and 4: raise the mids and treble by two levels.
Connection
Dual microphone and USB-C version with sound card
The microphone versions use a cable with two 6 mm condenser microphones and a sensitivity of about -26 dB, which filter out background noise and wind in calls and voice chat.
The USB-C version has a DSP sound card with four modes: standard, bass boost, immersive gaming and Hi-Fi.
Connection
Detachable silver-plated cable
The cable is silver-plated copper, 120 cm long (±5 cm), and connects with a 0.78 mm 2-pin connector. It can be replaced with another cable or with a compatible KZ Bluetooth adapter that is compatible.
They sit inside the ear with three pairs of ear tips in different sizes.

It lets you choose between four sound modes: standard, bass boost, immersive gaming and Hi-Fi.
