KZ EDX: in-ear monitors with 10 mm dynamic driver
The KZ EDX are wired in-ear monitors fitted with a 10 mm composite-magnet dynamic driver. They have a resin shell, a detachable 2-pin cable and an over-ear fit. Available in several colors, with or without a microphone.

Sound
Sound: 10 mm dynamic driver
Each earpiece houses a 10 mm dynamic driver with a high-density composite magnet. According to KZ, the tuning is aimed at popular music, with clear vocals and bass that reaches down to 10 Hz.
With an impedance of 23 Ω and a sensitivity of 112 dB, they run straight from a phone, laptop or music player, with no amplifier needed.
Connection
Detachable cable and microphone version
The cable measures 125 cm (±5 cm). It attaches to each earpiece with a standard gold-plated 0.75 mm 2-pin connector, so it can be replaced if damaged or swapped for another cable. The same connector lets you go wireless with a KZ Bluetooth adapter that is compatible.
The microphone version adds a single-button in-line remote:
- Single press: play or pause, and answer or end a call.
- Double press: next track.
- Triple press: previous track.
- Long press: reject a call.
Design
Design and fit
The shell is glossy resin. The cable has pre-formed ear hooks that route it behind the ear and keep the earpiece in place.
Three sizes of silicone ear tips (S, M and L) are included to get the right seal for each ear.

KZ EDX frequently asked questions
Do the KZ EDX have noise cancellation?
They have no active noise cancellation. They are in-ear earphones with silicone ear tips, which passively block outside noise by sealing the ear canal.
Do they work with phones that have no headphone jack?
Yes, with a USB-C or Lightning to 3.5 mm jack adapter, or with a 0.75 mm 2-pin Bluetooth adapter.
Can the cable be replaced?
Yes. The cable is detachable and uses a standard 0.75 mm 2-pin connector.
What warranty do they come with?
3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, handled from Spain.
